We offer a 5% down payment assistance grant program TSAHC (Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation) for professional educators who meet income guidlelines, or a tax creditprogram MCC (Mortgage Certificate program) that will refund you up to $2,000 a year for as long as you are paying interest on your home!
